Sonja designed and specified the planting scheme and interior garden design for the portfolio of restaurants belonging to the Ivy Group. This restaurant – the Ivy Royal Brasserie Windsor – is one of the group’s latest additions, having opened for the Queens Jubilee. Her design paid homage to the historic building while echoing the Ivy’s signature eclectic decor.  She sourced a selection of antique pots and interspersed these with a planting scheme specifically selected to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee. Plants included Aglaonema 'Jubilee Compacta', Philodendron `Imperial Green', Dracaena fragrans 'White Jewel' and Scindapsus 'Marble Queen'.

Sonja specified low-growing planting for the windows so as to preserve views of Windsor Castle view whilst fine dining.
